We are proud to carry on that tradition which is reflected in a staple for guests dining in Midway Utah. All meals are prepared with fresh, local ingredients by Simon’s executive staff and team.Simon’s restaurant is located just off the lobby at Homestead Resort and is rich in mountain-style ambiance.
Drawing inspiration from its Austrian namesake, Executive Chef Senthil deftly marries the plentiful bounty of local Park City pastures with Bavarian specialties to create delectable modern alpine cuisine. We are temporarily closed while we prepare for the upcoming season. Please join us this December to experience Executive Chef Senthil's new winter menus.
