These two accomplished chefs invite you on a journey through time exploring the evolution of the cuisine of their ancestors and of the unlikely inspiration both cultures received from one another through the cross-pollination of ingredients brought about by European exploration.th_prsrv is at once an indigenous restaurant exploring ancient techniques through modern presentation and at the same time a statement proudly declaring: true progress is only possible when we explore and understand the forgotten past.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in the Seabrook/Kemah area. The food is fantastic, I’ve only ever had great service. It is a little on the pricey side, but the portions are large and the quality is consistently excellent.

Landry's Seafood was great. The food and wine were terrific! The service was very good and I didn't feel rushed. The server and management checked in several times, but was not intrusive. It was our first time dining there and would highly recommend it.
