Teca is derived from three words. The first, paninoteca (panini bar) incorporated our more light fair and Italian tapas style dining. And the second, the word enoteca (wine bar) where we host one of the premier wine lists of the world featuring wines from our vineyard in Tuscany Casali Di Bibbiano.
