Choose between our classic 12-course menu or get Bougie with our 17-course experience.Our Midtown location, inside of 1225 RAW, is an homage to 1977, decked out with velvet booths, a dazzling collection of mirror balls, and a black-and-white gallery of iconic moments from the legendary disco era. Think Studio 54 meets sushi. On Friday and Saturday nights, Sushi by Bou transforms into BouBar, a chic and vibrant lounge experience with live DJs spinning a mix of classic disco and house music. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Marathon has served the neighborhoods of Philadelphia for over 25 years as a family-run restaurant group. We serve well-made American classics, and strive to source the freshest food locally available to us, including from our own Marathon Farm in Brewerytown, Philadelphia. Our favorite farm to table items include our grass-fed Cheesesteak, free-range Turkey Plate, and fluffy Omelettes made with cage-free eggs.We love food, but more importantly we create the food that people love to eat.
