Pedro's began humbly in Los Gatos on November 29, 1972, with just twelve tables. It quickly gained a devoted following, leading to two expansions. The Santa Clara location, planned for two years, opened on May 13, 1980.Pedro’s Restaurant is a testament to hard work and dedication, offering a diverse menu of authentic Mexican dishes.
