Chef Eric Johnson cooks casual but elegant dishes at his Capitol Hill restaurant specializing in Contemporary Asian cuisine. Since opening in 2014, he’s won over Seattle diners with dishes like chili cumin pork ribs, fried master stock chicken, and crispy duck fresh rolls.
