Co-Owner Bob, a Colorado Restaurant Association Restaurant Hall of Fame member, Chef/Owner Tyler, Chef Dan and GM Roy honed their skill for a combined 100 years of restaurant experience. The atmosphere is as unique as the food. The Colorado bar keeps its cozy old-fashioned log cabin feel with an interesting collection of taxidermy perched in the rafters.
