His passion for food was instilled in him as a small child in his home and led him to attend the prestigious Culinary Institute of Italy. After graduating, Luciano worked all around the world perfecting his craft in places like Switzerland, Germany, and on a luxury cruise line.  The Torre Restaurant Group family of restaurants has grown to serve customers throughout Southern New England with authentic Italian food.     The food was absolutely wonderful. Enjoyed the best Lamb Chops I have ever tasted. The fries were house cut and were excellent as well. Our server was outstanding. He also made a great wine recommendation for our meal. My wife and I will definitely be looking forward to dining at Kosmos again!

    Luciano’s our favorite restaurant to celebrate a special occasion like we did tonight. It was our daughter’s birthday. The food selection is great and the preparation outstanding. The service is excellent. Our server, Canadas, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We have had her several times. Luciano’s a10 and we’ve never been disappointed! Joe

    First time dining here. The food was delicious. We started with the hummus which was the best I have had and also baba ghannouj which was so tasty. We ordered chicken skewers over rice for our main course. It was not very busy for lunch but we had a wonderful experience. Accommodating waiter. We will be back. Definitely recommend.
