We stay true to Italy's culinary standards to retain the natural freshness and flavors of our dishes, which makes us one of the ONLY restaurants in the US to never incorporate artificial flavorings, colorings, or preservatives, nor do we use corn syrups in any of our beverages. We take pride in guaranteeing that none of our offerings contain GMO fruits, vegetables, or processed seed oils. Our olive oil, frying oil, flour, and sauce are all imported from Italy, while our meat, seafood and produce are sourced locally. We strive to replicate the culinary experiences that we find when we visit the Amalfi Coast. I can not begin to explain how special tonight was. I called ahead to specifically tell the manager it was my anniversary and wow did he go above and beyond to sure my wife and I had the best time. My servers were fantastic, the food was amazing, and I just left so happy. Well Done Casa Stellina!! Well done.

The food was definitely tasty and large portions. Everything was hot and fresh, and the drinks were on point! I do think the ambiance and flashy style shown on social media is geared more towards the sushi items so i wish there was a bit more showmanship with the other meals. The servers weren’t very personable and rushed everything, with only a 2 minute gap between the appetizer and entree.. still great food!

We have been visiting Mythos for many years and have never had a bad meal here. It continues to stand up to that standard. My favorite is the Branzino, always cooked to perfection.
