Located on the historic Pearl Street Mall in Boulder, CO, Gemini is a full service restaurant focused on contemporary Spanish food and wine and its international influences. The menu is guided by the seasons and highlights sustainably farmed meats and produce from Colorado purveyors. Taking cues from the cuisines of Barcelona and San Sebastian, we offer traditional tapas items, including Patatas Bravas, Pan con Tomate, meatballs, and Boquerones. Larger dishes from land and sea include Octopus, Cauliflower a la Plancha, and Basque Braised Lamb.Our beverage program features organic, low-intervention wines from Spain and the West Coast, classic cocktails, and selections from Colorado’s craft brewing community.
Dinner at Black Cat Farmstead is a unique dining experience. Enjoy private garden cabanas with wood stoves, gorgeous views and a 4-Course chef tasting menu (dietary restrictions accommodated) created by James Beard nominated chef Eric Skokan at our historic farmstead. Our 500-acre full-scale diversified organic farm supplies the majority of ingredients for your meal; from vegetables & herbs to the pork & lamb to the grains. We offer 7 intimate private tables per evening. Reservations are required & limited. $145/per person++Reservations are released weekly on Mondays for the following 3 weeks. On a mission to share the beauty of Mexican culture through food, Chef Johnny Curiel opens Cozobi Fonda Fina as an encore to his beloved LoHi restaurant, Alma Fonda Fina. Named after Cozobi, the Zapotec god of corn, Cozobi Fonda Fina is rooted in Mexico’s centuries-old corn nixtamalization traditions and wood-fire cooking techniques that define its rich food history.
The restaurant was founded in 2023 by owner Stella Spanu, a Boulder local. Honoring her Italian heritage and embracing her passion for food and hospitality, Spanu’s philosophy is to have a dining experience that stimulates all senses by incorporating visual art, design, music, premier service, comfortable seating and fresh, authentic Italian cuisine.
