Brando's was founded on the premise of great food made from quality ingredients, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere which we believe are the three elements of any enjoyable dining experience.The chef/owner, Steven Botta, grew up in Brooklyn and learned many of recipes used at Brando's from his mother.
