Before Stuft Pizza gained recognition as a top restaurant in Palm Desert, and La Quinta, Jack Bertram and his wife, Pat, launched the first Stuft Pizza in Cerritos, California in 1976. After nearly 9 months of experimenting, Jack developed the recipe for the now beloved pizza.
