Newly relaunched on 10/29/24 as "Heritage East," on the beautiful square in Downtown Tyler.Modern East Texas cuisine by award winning (Cochon 555 "Prince of Pork," Texas Bucket List "Bite of the Season" for our Heritage Pork Chop) and Food Network Chopped featured Chef Lance McWhorter. Locally raised steaks, chops, chicken, wild game, seafood, handmade pastas, all served from an open kitchen that is right in the dining room. Chicken tenderloin with coleslaw and French fries is a hearty and light meal. Louisiana gumbo, prepared with shrimp and sausage stuffing, is served with barbecue dip. FD's Grill House serves key lime pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for additional surcharge. The bar serves non-alcoholic cocktails and fresh juices.
