Buboy is pop-up series from James Beard nominated chef Tristen Epps. Celebrating Afro-Caribbean fare, Chef Tristen creates an interactive tasting menu that highlights heirloom ingredients and techniques from Black culture through a modern fine dining lens. His storytelling through each plate weaves a unique narrative that includes history, culture, geography and personal experiences. Pop-ups take place throughout Houston, with an ever-changing menu, seasonal twists and new themes for each experience.
