Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings". Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. Visited Vatutto Restaurant for the first time yesterday and we were blown away by the excellent service and the quality and presentation of the meals. The owner and her staff could not do enough for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience and we will definitely be going back! Keep up the great work.

We took advantage of their BYO policy and brought along some top Italian wines. Many other diners had brought excellent wines in, too. The menu had many tempting items so the 5 of us shared many dishes, both small and large. We must have tried 10 different menu items, and each one was delicious. Great food to match our great wines. Service was very, very good. We had a wonderful dining experience. We will return.

Fantastic service from waitress and great food eaten. Generous serves and perfect time frames from arriving, drinks, entree, mains, dessert. Could not fault and will return for sure.
