The Apprentice Restaurant Sydney is a TAFE NSW licensed training restaurant. We are open Tuesday to Thursday lunch and dinner during TAFE Term time until 28 November 2024.Lunch 12pm to 2pm: three courses (entrée, main & dessert) for $44 or you can select any two courses for $39. Dinner 6pm to 8:30pm: three course menu for $44. (Our prices are excluding beverages). Group beverage packages are available to pre-purchase fort he whole group.Our meals are usually served Table d’hôte (alternate drop) and portions are limited.Bookings are highly recommended to avoid disappointment. From the moment we entered the venue we were welcomed like regular customers, though it has been years. The friendly, prompt and attentive service was commendable. We liked a particular wine, which came as a pairing to one of the courses, and they kindly sold us a bottle. A return visit is definitely in the cards, we had the Tutto Bene so next time we will try ala carte.

We experienced the Chef’s menu paired with an all evening happy hour. Every bite of food we had was delicious and the braised lamb was one of the best I’ve ever had, falling apart at the bone. Even though the dishes are served “to share”, the portions were surprisingly big and incredibly filling. Service was outstanding the whole evening. What a wonderful little gem of a place, I look forward to returning soon!
