Ettore Vino e Cucina is the first restaurant and wine tasting room from Ettore Winery, a boutique organic estate and winery in Mendocino, CA, spearheaded by Italian-born winemaker Ettore Biraghi and Sofia Rivier.In collaboration with Los Angeles' beloved Italian restaurant, Osteria Mamma, Ettore Vino e Cucina brought on Chef Mònica Angelats Coll, a culinary expert with a unique background blending aerospace engineering and fine dining, to lead the kitchen. The menu is inspired by the team’s Italian heritage and will feature signature dishes like Ettore Tagliatelle Ai Funghi, a red wine pasta with mushrooms, kale, pecorino and hazelnuts and Stinco Di Agnello Con Patatine Al Parmigiano, braised lamb shank, fingerling potatoes and parmigiano reggiano. After five years of perseverance and experimentation in Downtown, LA, we opened our second location in beautiful Old Town Pasadena. Our third location, which opened in 2018, is located in the beach city of Marina Del Rey.Our owner Chef Kimiyasu Enya trained for over 10 years in Japan to perfect his craft.It is our goal to ensure that quality remains consistent and every experience is enjoyable for all guests.
