Gateau Ghost's humble beginnings trace back to the pandemic when founder Jayden Park perfected his madeleines in his home kitchen. This is where crowd favourite Madeline flavours like Matcha-Pistachio, Biscoff, and Miso were first created. Fast forward to 2024, and we've opened the first brick-and-mortar restaurant. Beautiful, bright space. It was a mild March day and the door was kept open which was nice. All of our food was great from salad to chicken sandwich and fries. Lattes were also excellent and got some pastries to go. Wonderful service, we will be back!

If you want to have lunch in the Bloor/Ave Rd area, this is an excellent place. It's QUIET, good for conversation, meetings, and the food is excellent.

Great Vibes all around! Highly recommend the espresso martini, was one of the best I've had! The stand out food items for us were the French onion kimchi soup, short ribs and toffee pudding. Everything else was also really good. Will definitely be going back, and am excited to also try their brunch.
