Egle Loit, a trained pasta chef, has previously popped up mostly around East and North London, creating a buzz with her pre-restaurant residency at Vestry House Museum in 2023.Founder of Darling’s cares dearly about the craft that fresh pasta making requires. “One can turn humble ingredients into abundance with skill,” shares the restaurateur. You need to try the mushroom pasta! So many people talk about how good the lasagna is (which it is), however, their pasta is also incredible. Have one of the best evenings ever!
