It will serve our guests premium breakfast plates and locally roasted Redemption coffee roasted in the prison to give the prisoners a second chance to get their stability in life. The coffee served is a medium bodied with sweet playing notes of white chocolate, baked apples with nutty finish, 100% Arabica ordinated from brazil. Café Bloom also offers freshly baked pastries by our local bakery -The Crazy baker.
