The Bibendum Oyster Bar - a local stalwart - is steered masterfully under the direction of Lyon born 2 Michelin-starred chef Claude Bosi. The large tiled foyer of the great Michelin building remains, and it’s great for a glass of fizz and a few oysters (there are always many varieties to choose from), and also perfect to stay a bit longer for a more leisurely lunch or dinner. Expect plenty of fresh seafood; oysters, langoustine and the signature seafood platters - alongside a comprehensive yet affordable wine list. As well as dining inside the main "house", there are seats outside in the semi-open courtyard, and also in the prime spot of streetside on Fulham Road. So glad to have discovered this amazing little place! The seafood dishes are so inventive, and really tasty. The portions are surprisingly large, we definitely over-ate! In particular we loved the prawns, green Thai curry dressed oysters, whitebait and halibut collars.

It was a weekday and we were the only people there. However, we have been there on a Saturday before and it was packed. They have to turn people away. The food was great except one starter I ordered was not available and one desert was also not available. That aside the food is excellent and very authentic Would definitely go back.
