Maldon & Mignonette is an authentic American Bistro with a seasonal rustic flare. All dishes are “SEASONED WITH AUTHORITY”. The menu provides all customers with a chance to appreciate seasonal cuisine showcasing what the island has to offer. Chef Occhipinti creates his menu of classics, with an emphasis on seasonality, simplicity, and flavor. Here at Maldon & Mignonette we pride ourselves on authentic food and chic ambiance. Bar Frites is open daily and serves French bistro fare.The menu offers Bistro fare including great comfort food dishes and the classics. The Burgers, Steak Frites, Croque Monsieur and Steamed Mussels served with pomme frites are also among the fan favorites. Some of the Bistro Classics include Escargot, a Frisée and Lardons Salad and Sautéed Skate. Any night of the week can be unique with the Plats du Jour featuring Bouillabaisse, Côte de Boeuf and Coq au Vin to name a few. So whatever the mood or taste, one is sure to find culinary pleasure and comfort at Bar Frites.Restaurant will be open for outdoor dining for walk-ins only. A sleek, oval bar separates the dining room from the lounge area. Here you will have your choice of standing cocktail banquettes, bar and lounge style seating. Our resident DJ will keep the energy high in this fun social spot inside Kyma. In the warmer months an adjacent open-air outdoor patio is perfect for al fresco dining with views of the quaint village of Roslyn.

Toku’s cuisine is predominantly Japanese with influences from China, Korea, and South East Asia. Ingredients and cooking techniques throughout the world create the Modern Asian menu. Owners Gillis and George Poll have dined all over the world, and have come across a variety of dishes that have really impressed them, “the best of the best.” According to Gillis, “We put together our favorites and added our own unique twists to them.” George emphasizes the menu’s ease and variety. “It’s a straightforward, casually written menu which allows you to dine any way that you’d like.” Guests may enjoy traditional meals with an appetizer, entree and dessert, or dine exclusively on sushi. Others can order cocktails and a table full of appetizers and skewers to share. “The menu is set up for sharing,” he confirms. Anything goes when ordering at Toku.
