The two of us had a great experience at La Barra. All the tapas were amazing, with great flavors and incredible presentations. The server was attentive and helpful in making choices. There was a nice balance between classic and creative options (We particularly loved the gaspacho). The restaurant was located in the middle of the Mercado, so you could see all the activity with a degree of separation. Amazingly the noise level was very moderate, and it was possible to carry on a conversation. Overall it was a wonderful evening, and we will definitely be back.

The most spectacular experience that you could have outside of Spain is at this restaurant. I know I am in the restaurant business and I own my own restaurant and I bought people from out of town three times already and it is nothing but five star thank you to the crew the chef, the managers, the waiters, the bus boys, like I said five star

Absolutely wonderful! From start to finish was perfect for a special occasion experience. The food was delicious, the Spanish/Japanese combo was unique and all the staff were genuine and welcoming. Highly recommend!
