BARCOA Agaveria is a basement bar that celebrates the spirits of Mexico. Serving imaginative craft cocktails and a vast list of agave spirits, BARCOA is often described as "vibey," "sexy," and "the time of my life" (says some dude from Mesa). Agave spirits such as tequila, mezcal, bacanora, raicilla, and sotol, are the stars here, available as flights, neat pours, or however you like.Reservations are only available for the basement bar. Please reference the Basement Bar Menu. Above BARCOA, check out the Cantina, a casual back-alley mezcal and tequila bar that serves affordable classic cantina cocktails, and the cheery patio, which features Provecho taco truck. Pop out anytime during your visit and bring food down to the basement. BARCOA can be tricky to find. We're located on the southeast corner of 1st Avenue & Roosevelt, in the historic red brick building. Don't worry, you're not lost. It's just poor directional signage that the City refuses to fix.

Continuing our celebration of the contributions that Scottish immigrants made to early Arizona, we proudly present The Scotch Library.The enviable collection features more than 300 Scotch whiskies ranging from the most widely recognized blends to 40+ year and older single malts, including many rare bottles. Guiding guests with selections are Scotch Library Ambassadors, who are experts in the area of single malt and blend whiskies from Scotland. On Friday evenings at 6:00 p.m., the Resort hosts “An Evening of Scotches,” a tasting event featuring three selections of Scotch Whisky, priced at $65++ per person. Guests learn the unique aspects of various whiskies of Scotland and how to best enjoy the "water of life." Reservations are required and space is very limited. Very loud and chicken bites very overcooked. Others enjoyed the sloppy joes and we all enjoyed the drinks and fun atmosphere. Music was extremely loud however.

Had an absolute fabulous time! The atmosphere is so fun and changes every month! Justin was very helpful the owner and made sure he treated all of his guests well! The drinks were phenomenal… Expensive, but worth it!
