Following the enormous success of Zuma London, Rainer Becker quickly recognised the huge popularity of robatayaki cuisine and opened ROKA Charlotte Street, London in 2004. The principal cuisine comes from the Robata grill. In 2007, Hamish Brown became the Head Chef of ROKA Charlotte Street.     El almuerzo de hoy como siempre en los último 3 años de mi visita por Trabajo a Dubái, fue una experiencia muy agradable. La comida estuvo excelente, bien presentada y con muy buen sabor. El servicio fue atento y rápido, siempre pendiente de los detalles. El ambiente es cómodo y acogedor, con un nivel de ruido adecuado para conversar y cerrar negocios sin problemas. En cuanto al valor, considero que estuvo acorde a la calidad de la experiencia. Definitivamente un lugar que recomiendo y al que mi dos invitados volverían a experimentar.
