Head Chef and owner of I Monelli, Ivano is a passionate and truly Italian chef with many years of international experience.Before settling here in Dublin Ivano worked in various Michelin star restaurants and 5 star hotels around the world, preparing exquisite recipes in Italian, French, Spanish, African and Irish cuisines.
GRANO combines fresh natural ingredients, farmed using organic and biodynamic techniques, to create a contemporary cuisine that respects the roots and traditions of Italian cooking.By sourcing our ingredients from small Italian food and wine producers, it is our mission to contribute to the preservation of local food cultures and the revival of ancient cultivation techniques.
