Restaurant Torre is located on the sixth floor of the new tower at Fondazione Prada’s Milan venue, designed by Rem Koolhaas with Chris van Duijn and Federico Pompignoli from architecture firm OMA.It appears, according to Koolhaas’s definition, as “a collage of pre-existing themes and elements”, combining works of art and design furniture. The restaurant is divided into two parts: the bar and the restaurant. The two spaces are characterized by a contrast between the large floor-to-ceiling windows, which offer an unprecedented view of the city of Milan, and the warm tones of the parquet, of the walnut carpentry work and the hemp panels that cover the walls.Torre’s menu is authentically Italian and draws on the best regional traditions, while the desserts offer a range of the great classics of Italian patisserie. A prestigious selection of wines from Italian and international labels completes the offer.

Frades – Milano is the latest project of the three Sardinian brothers, willing to export the finest regional ingredients, their hospitality and their cuisine philosophy in the heart of Milan.
The concept proposed is the same as the two venues in Porto Cervo, with a wide variety of products and wines showcased in the small shop, the fresh specialties such as cured meats and cheeses served from the counter, the laboratory of fresh pasta, in order to offer the highest quality of our production, new mixology proposals, characterized by unique pairings with liqueurs and spirits from the island, and finally the kitchen serving a new idea of Sardinian cuisine.
The new location is inspired by the Costa Smeralda’s architectures and it’s designed to welcome guests anytime to enjoy a light lunch, the popular Frades aperitif with a selection of Sardinian tapas, or a gourmet dinner.
