The NENI Hamburg is a culinary mosaic of Persian, Russian, Arabic, Moroccan, Turkish, Spanish, German and Austrian influences. The concept of family Molcho is that everyone is able to try a little of everything, and pots and pans are taken from the kitchen and placed directly on the table without any airs or graces.
The Wohnhalle, which is lovingly referred to as Hamburg’s living room, is the heart of Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten. Its unique 19th century atmosphere makes it an oasis of calm and relaxation. The best of the cuisine of Germany, Austria and Switzerland is served. From the North Sea to the Alps - all dishes have their origins in the cuisine of German-speaking countries. In addition to classics, the menu offers dishes from two alternating wine-growing regions, such as the Moselle or Wachau. Seasonality is the top priority here. The menu and the regions change four times a year in line with the seasons. The centrepiece of the culinary concept is a three-course menu - the "Herzstück".
