You’ll find Plate at No. 6 down a cobbled lane in the heart of Windsor, nestled amongst the pubs and boutiques of the old town. We are a tapas restaurant, drawing upon the culinary riches of the Mediterranean Basin; our plates reflect the diversity of cuisines found in Spain, Turkey, France, Morocco, Italy, Greece and Lebanon.     I chose the Greene Oak for a family birthday meal as the food never disappoints and we always receive great service. Today was no exception and they even did a small birthday dessert as a surprise which was much appreciated. We will be back again soon!

    We stopped in fur a brew mid afternoon and a client near us was nibbling on a plate of meats & cheeses which looked delicious. We then popped back at 9pm for cocktails & Hamish created our favourite French Martinis & Pip was an amazing hostess. The ambience on Friday 28/2/25 was just perfect with background music blending with conversations. A little gem of an establishment…and opposite our hotel too…win win!
