The building and decor are charming and rustic, with elegant modern touches. A daily menu, meal deals, all freshly prepared in the pub kitchen, includes fresh fish, burgers, salads, chicken, paining, baguettes, wraps, sandwiches and vegan choice food, delicious deserts that melts in your mouth and chef's daily specials with main course, drink and a side all for £15. As all dishes are prepared in the pub kitchen, they are able to cater for most dietary needs, with most sauces, soups and gravy all created gluten free. This is our second visit to Gilbey's and it was just as good as our first! We enjoyed the 3 course set menu and the food, service and value for money were all excellent. Gilbey's is really cosy and welcoming and looked especially lovely decorated for Christmas. Great range of drinks and wines too.
