We are farmers and distillers, making Husk Rum and Ink Gin on our beautiful 150acre family farm. Husk Rum is a rare style made from farm to bottle using the finest quality freshly crushed cane juice grown and bottled at Husk Farm. Ink Gin is boldly unconventional, sparking conversation & making people take note. A true original, Ink brings colour & art to people through gin. Visit Husk Farm Distillery to learn & discover our spirits, enjoy good drinks and food and relax and connect to this ancient land. The Husk Distillery Bar & Planter’s Kitchen is open Wednesday-Sunday from 11am with a full cocktail and lunch menu available until 3pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends (subject to change), and an all day menu available until the kitchen closes. Tボーンステーキはサラダとマッシュポテトも日本の3人前くらい付いてきてボリューム感あり、味も美味しかったです。最初のお料理の提供時間がオーダーから1時間くらいかかっていたので時間に余裕がある時が良いかと思います。

Everything was amazing, we have the “Let our chef surprise you + wine. Everything was really good until the butterflied whiting. There were so many bones and scales on the fish, it was just annoying more than anything. That is my only criticism, everything else was perfect. Will dine again.

Crocodile bites were so good!! We also loved the games of corn-hole and quoits that were free to play. We did the gin tasting and were so impressed with the berry ink gin that we just had to buy a bottle. If we’re down in the Tweed Valley again, we’ll be back!
