Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. Very nice restaurant decor, excellent service and delicious food. Convenient location at the border of Chinatown. We had dinner that included Peking Duck, a pork appetizer and seafood main with fried rice. All cooked to perfection. Highly recommended. Dim sum is only served mid-day, so will return to try it out.

Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!
