Wonderful experience. Have not been for two years, just as good if not better this time. Took Scottish visitors for breakfast. The three of us LOVED it. I will be back.

We've dined at WBSLSC previously (perhaps three months ago) and the food was pretty good. You let yourselves down badly as our experience on the 18th of November was pretty sorrow ful. I had average fish, very poorly battered and soggy, the salad was as limp as (and I'd rather not do the comparison), but the chips were passable! We'd brought international guests along, from Northern Ireland, and they were generous enough to suggest that they enjoyed their meal. Our local friends together with my lovely wife, were embarassed by the food. The service was good though. Portia was still there from last time and just as efficent behind the counter, and the Lass that served us, and she didn't have a name tag, was really lovely. Cared about what she was doing and the people she served. If you want us back though, improve the food. Try emulating the quality of food served at the Warradale Hotel. Food was delicious, I had the felafel bowl and it was so filling and satisfying. I also had a fresh juice which was massive. Good value and the service was really good. I would definitely recommend for a weekend catchup with friends.
