We are proud to say that our Aussie beef come from 100% Organic Fortitude Valley Farm, and our free-range chicken does not have any harmful hormone. Chat Thai became an instant smash hit in 1989 when it opened its first restaurant with plenty of heat and authentic Thai dishes. We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. Last night in Sydney, went to Kingsley looking for an authentic Australian steak. We were not disappointed. We had Filet mignon. It was exceptional. Staff as well did a great job servicing us. Thank you next visit to Sydney we will come back.

Amazing restaurant. Service was very professional, yet personal, from when we entered the day and until we left. Very service minded and smiling personnel. Food was the best Japanese food I have had, and I am definitely going back to try more things on the menu. There are simply too many good things to cover with one meal.

Great place to go, especially if you have a play to catch at the Opera House. Conveniently situated by the trains and Light rail. Food was really tasty, staff very attentive, and the restaurant very busy, it is best to book. We will definitely return there.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, food incredible! We asked to move to a nicer table and it was all fine, slight mistake with the bill that was quickly sorted. Again food is incredible!
