Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. We ordered the Kangaroo Skewers, Yellowfin Tuna and a Tomahawk steak, along with broccolini and pumpkin as sides to share. Every dish was excellent. It exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend visiting for an incredible meal. We plan on going again.

The food was decent and the ambience was nice. Service was however under par, there was no one at the front when we were looking to order and basically waited 5 minutes but other than that the food came out quick after ordering and taste was good too.

We had a family birthday with 20 people. We were seated so that we had a corner of the room to ourselves - which was great. We are “regulars” at the club and enjoyed the menu on the day. All in all, a great evening!
