We are a dog-friendly pub as long as they are with well-behaved hoomans but do not allow dogs in our dining area if you would like to bring a four-legged friend please let us know and we can seat you in our bar area. Luckily enough, we are lucky to have a car park just across the road if you are coming from afar. We are now an Over21 pub only, please bear this in mind.
Serving contemporary French food, this much-loved independent restaurant has been going strong for over 22 years. Before booking, please note the restaurant has both downstairs and upstairs. The same menu options are available on both floors. There is no lift upstairs. Re Tasting Menu Timings: At lunch you must book before 1.45pm, and at dinner before 8.45pm. In one of the most idyllic settings. This 17th Century building sits above a shallow slope to the Thames and enjoys both a sunny veranda balcony and a pretty paved garden right on the riverside.Apart from one or two extensions over the years the pub building remains relatively untouched, giving it a traditional pub feel.Festooned with flowers and plants outside in summer and warmed with log fires in the winter it’s been a very special local in Twickenham for many years.
