The Green Routes Cafe - The ultimate collaborative project. An innovative plant-based twist on breakfast, brunch & Sunday Roast. Accompanied by Oxfords speciality coffee roasters - Routes coffee. Both teams worked the UK event scene side-by-side for 2 years, the two companies & six friends eventually teamed up for an event at Chelsea Town Hall. And so the Green Routes cafe pop-up was born, joking about opening a brick & mortar for real.A year later, we have the keys and we're actually doing it. Mixing the expertise of speciality coffee & plant-based innovation, we aim to create one of the UKs best café's.
