The story of St Andrews Beach Brewery dates back to the early 2000’s, when our Co-founder Andrew Purchase built the racetrack on the property for the royal family of Australian horse racing – the Freedman Brothers. When the property became available in 2015, Andrew and Michael Freedman saw an opportunity that was too good to miss. With the infrastructure in place and with a story like no other, Andrew, Michael and their passionate team of co-owners set about turning the former stables into a truly unique brewery.Before you book a stable in our one of a kind refurbished stables, please note the following; Stable bookings can seat groups from 5-36 and for a maximum of 3 hours. If you are unable to book at your preferred time all of our reserved seating is booked. We leave tables unreserved in our beer garden and parts of inside for groups of less than 5 people and walk-ins. If you're wanting to make a reservation for 36+ people, please visit our webpage.

A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... We're humble, both in our service and in our food, and pretentiousness and oversized egos were banished from the premises the day we started trading. We like looking the part, but life's too short for airs and graces...

We can’t wait for you to experience one of the most unique experiences on the Mornington Peninsula. Before you book, please note the following:Picnics are $30 per head and children's meals can be ordered on the day. Payment is required upon checking in for your picnic experience.Your picnic will include a selection of pizzas, salad and chips, with drinks to be purchased at an additional cost during your picnic. Upon arrival, you will also receive a complementary tasting of our Home Track Apple Cider.Picnic bookings can seat groups of 2 – 12 and are for a maximum of 4 hours.     St Andrews Beach Brewery was a fantastic spot for a cozy and delicious meal! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. We loved the Stables seating area—it was perfect for our group, and the heater kept us warm and comfortable while it rained outside. The food was fresh, delicious, and well-priced, making it great value. Plus, having space to charge our EV was a great bonus. Highly recommend for a relaxed and enjoyable visit!

    Pleasantly surprised with a great experience. FOOD was fantastic. Almost as important the service & staff were outstanding. Very enjoyable. Well worth a visit. We'll be coming again when we are next down in this part of town.

    It was a beautiful late summer afternoon and we had a beautiful mean with the fixed courses. A lovely bottle of Rose complimented the food and surroundings. Will definitely come back and would recommend it to anyone
