Chef-owner, Giuseppe Naccarelli presents a seasonally inspired menu of classic Italian dishes with a modern twist, influenced by the cuisine of his native region of Abruzzo. A Trabocco is a unique fishing pier found along the Adriatic coast of Abruzzo. Architect and Designer Lev Weisbach of Weisbach Architecture|Design was inspired by the beautiful Trabocchi of Abruzzo when he created his spectacular design. With its reclaimed wood ceilings, dramatic copper encased fireplace, and modern bar Trabocco is warm and welcoming yet strikingly dramatic and modern.

Kokkari (pronounced “Ko-Kar-ee”) is a small fishing village located on the islands of Samos in the Aegean Sea, whose name is derived from the small onions that were once produced in the nearby fields. Mooie Italiaanse kaart met goede keuze mogelijkheden (niet teveel dus de kwaliteit was perfect). Heerlijke pasta gegeten en iemand een pizza. De pizza was minder (beetje verbrand aan de rand en erg vet door de kaas maar dat is Amerikaans vrezen we). De pasta’s waren heerlijk voor Amerika een beetje kleine porties zelfs ). Toetjes eveneens heerlijk. Een van ons moet glutenvrij eten en dat hebben ze perfect georganiseerd!
