Beste restaurants met een openhaard in Wallingford

Lovely dinner on a very snowy night. The service was fantastic, and the food was incredible. Very cool setting.

From the moment we entered the restaurant until the moment we left, we were treated with the most care and consideration. A fresh long stem rose for me. Seated by the fireplace it seemed like a very special evening was in store.. The menu was well planned and balanced just the right amount of food and the presentation was impeccable. Servers were professional and friendly, and our rep part with all of them was just right. The fillet was amazing and cooked to perfection and the shrimp and clams casino were also very good Dessert was an amazing heart-shaped, layered chocolate vanilla concoction ….out of this world. Definitely will come back and try other evenings, including the live music, which was just a nice addition to the evening.

Our waitress, Jennie, was very nice and made sure the courses came at a perfect pace. All the food was delicious, wine was perfect, and the portion sizes were more than we expected. Overall, it was a great night and we hope they do host a valentines dinner again next year!

Muy rico todo. Para los hispanos que quieran ir, es muy bueno. Un poco alto el valor del platillo pero vale la pena pagar. Muy buen servicio. Yo he ido con mi esposa a varios lados caros pero hemos vuelto a este restaurante porque nos ha gustado

Never been before thought we’d give it a try. Don’t think the reservation was really necessary but the dining area was very clean and welcoming. The server, Lisa, was a super sweet and attentive. Helped make recommendations and substitutions as requested. The food was great. Spinach salad was a nice taste of summer with berries and goat cheese. I had the steak which was cooked as requested. The veggies were were also tender crisp and not covered in oil or butter. Definitely recommend this spot. Lisa was a true delight as a server and we had a great time with her.
