Ilan Cohen is a self-taught chef who began his career in Jerusalem, Israel more than 20 years ago. Along with his wife Lauren they opened Falafel Bistro & Wine Bar in 2007, DVASH’s sister location, and has been serving authentic-Israeli cuisine to the South Florida community for more than a decade. DVASH, located in Boca Raton, showcases a modern twist on classic mediterranean cuisine.
