Owner and chef Jim McCardy prepares delicious dishes made from seasonal locally-sourced ingredients. Marston's serves breakfast with such fare as pancakes, eggs Benedict and French toast. Guests can start their dinner course with a wild mushroom and pancetta salad, asparagus tempura or crab cakes with chipotle tartar. An entrée of smoked chicken macaroni and cheese, linguini or butternut squash ravioli will satisfy the palate.
Marston's was awarded Best Breakfast in California 2010 by Food Network Magazine. It features an outdoor patio and gourmet picnic baskets for dining in the park. This restaurant offers catering services for private events, as well as cooking classes.
