Our pan-Asian menu gathers influences of cooking styles from all around Asia; including Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, China, Indonesia and Vietnam. The design of the restaurant is influenced by some of our favourite places to eat and drink, it takes its cues from the street food ‘Hawker’ markets of Penang mixed with the reclaimed building feel of Budapest’s ruin bars. These places both have a magical feel, something that we’ve tried to recreate for the people of Blackpool to enjoy. Penang, Malaysia is an eclectic melting pot of various food styles, with influences from Indonesia, Thailand, India and China, dishes such as soup ramen and stone-baked donburi are two great examples of the depth in flavour, which can be created when different styles come together.

The hotels 140 seat signature restaurant, The Beachside, focuses on delicious, locally sourced ingredients. The Beachside Restaurant enjoys a relaxed ambiance where guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner complemented by beautiful decor and impeccable service. All guests are required to wear appropriate smart/casual dress (beachwear not permitted) at all times when using the bar and restaurant.In the interest of all our customers, we welcome only those guests aged eleven and above in our Beachside Bar after 8pm. Food was amazing, restaurant itself was lovely. We did ask to move tables as a family had younger children that were a little ‘over excited’. This was no problem at all and the service was great from all staff.

Such excellent value for money for afternoon tea with cup of delicious creamy soup and slice of meaty sausage roll plus 4 crustless sandwiches and a sweet scone and a savoury scone and 4 sweet goodies…all for £20.50.
