Almost three years on from its culinary christening, Upstairs has sparked a reputation for casual dining in its finest form. A self-contained dining space, Upstairs offers guests a selection of small plates from our daily-changing menu, all of which are cooked to order from an open island kitchen and designed to share.As well as being available for reservations and exclusive hires, Upstairs proudly plays host to a variety of exciting events and special evenings for our guests to enjoy; from expertly-led wine masterclasses to convivial Sunday lunches.Our aim has always been to offer our guests the opportunity to get closer to the cooking process than ever before, and with the unfaltering passion and dedication of our team, a recently (and very proudly) received Bib Gourmand Award, and the continued support of our wonderful guests, we truly see nowhere to go but up.

Now, a few years later we have lovely local following that come in droves, especially at the weekend.Although open all year round, from springtime onwards you can sit outside on the terrace with a negroni, glass of prosecco or a craft beer and transport yourself to Italy, surrounded by festoon lights and olive trees. Inside, you'll find two beautiful rooms with an open kitchen that spreads across the two sides. If you're lucky and book enough in advance, you could hire the side room for a private booking (up to 40 people). We've had people celebrate birthdays galore, wedding parties, end of exam parties to name a few - you name the occasion and we'll sort the party.
Located right by Clapham Common, Red Vine is a neighbourhood restaurant that celebrates Modern British food with a focus on wine. Only using local ingredients, owner Richard Herbert and Head Chef Julio Amado have created a delicious, seasonal British menu with a Mediterranean twist. Slow-cooked ox cheeks; deep-fried mussels served with aioli; and truffle tortelloni tossed in garlic butter all feature on the beautifully curated menu, which is divided into small plates and large plates. This is food that’s supposed to be lingered over. And with an uncomplicated wine list and creative cocktails, there are plenty of reasons to stay a little longer.The charming restaurant welcomes dogs and is beautifully decorated with colourful walls and original church pews. A conservatory in the back with stained glass windows and an enchanting garden will soon open for al fresco dining. Blacklock is a modern version of the Great British chophouse. Set in an old brothel, we take the best meat in the country from the award winning farmer and butcher Philip Warren in Cornwall. We cook chops simply over our real charcoal grill with a little help from vintage Blacklock irons and serve it all up alongside cocktails that give back and wine on tap in our atmospheric subterranean chop mecca.
