The restaurant prides itself on showcasing seasonal ingredients along with their own Deer, Jersey Cows and Iberian Pigs which are reared by Chef/Owner Brett Graham. After a 2 year hiatus, The Ledbury reopened with a new look dining room and their own in house Fungarium. The kitchen is being overseen by Head Chef Tom Spenceley and the dining room is headed up by General Manager Jack Settle.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! Het eten was geweldig en zag er ook prachtig uit. De bediening was enorm vriendelijk en maakten de avond extra bijzonder Een minpunt is het feit dat ze 2 shifts draaien op een avond. De snelheid waarmee het eten wordt opgediend is niet goed. Enkele keren hebben we gevraagd om dit aan te passen maar uiteindelijk bleek dat onze tafel voor een volgende gast weer nodig was. Dat is een 3 sterren restaurant onwaardig.

Eten was goed. Echter er zijn ook een paar opmerkingen: Een flesje water van 5.5 pond vind ik veel geld. Geef de gasten de keuze om te kiezen uit tapwater of fleswater. 6.5 pond voor 4 stukjes brood met boter. Prijzig. 13 pond service charge vind ik echt heel hoog. Ik ben gewend om zelf een fooi te geven en 12,5% fooi is iets wat ik in Nederland niet gegeven zou hebben. Dus gasten hou daar rekening mee.
