A little short on staff in an outstanding pub. I assume they can’t have as many staff because of the government ridiculous minimum wage and and increased NI.

An Utterly outstanding “supper club” soiree! Warm welcome… stunning delicious canapés / starters / main and dessert beautifully presented and so tasty! Staff kind and helpful making it a very special evening and we look forward very much to another dinner at Ferma 🎉

First,time visiting the Drummond & what a great experience. The food,staff and atmosphere were excellent. Will definitely be visiting again, I couldn't find any faults that let the pub down. Staff are polite & a credit to the pub. Would recommend the Drummond Snipe to family and friends with no concerns.
