At Primitivo we pride ourselves on the quality and consistency of our food. We concentrate on fresh seasonal and local ingredients, buying directly from the markets in Birmingham. We have a small but well designed "open kitchen", so the menu is compact but offers good choice and changes regularly.
The Restaurant menu consists of 6 starters, 8 main courses, side orders and homemade puddings. We would describe the food as Modern British with a strong Mediterranean influence. So, think roasted halibut with sunblush tomato mash and black pudding in the summer or a classic steak and kidney pudding in the winter months.
