As famous chef Rick Stein said 'The Canny Man's is the best pub in the world.'The establishment is well known far and wide for it’s quirky nature and ‘never’ changing décor. The interior sees every nook and cranny filled with everything from moose heads to muskets, sheet music to stuffed animals. A genuinely one of a kind bar and restaurant. The restaurant specialises in the best Scottish produce with a strong focus on local suppliers. Alongside this they have a well stocked gantry of over a 200 malt whiskies and a large wine list. The Canny Man's is very much a unique experience in Edinburgh and not to be missed."

A lovely experience at The Cheese Lounge, staff engaging, knowledgeable and kind. We did not want it to end! Shame it closed at 8pm ! We weren't aware of this at booking. However we understand it is a long day in the shop, we will return thanks again for a lovely evening of cheese and wine. Gillian

Booked a meal for 5 forgeting Scotland where playing so they only had set menu and bar snack meals (quite understandable and got phone call to make us aware ) food was amazing ,very reasonable priced an piping hot will definitely be back
