Red Dog is an authentic Bar and American BAR-B-Q restaurant, serving 18-hour roast ribs, brisket, aged chuck steak burgers and much more, all best enjoyed with tasty cocktails or milkshakes.Barbeque grew up in the South of the USA where cooks learned to slow roast cuts of meat over fire pits to make them tender. Exposure to the smoke of the smouldering wood added a distinctive smoky and juicy taste to the meat. Our award-winning smokers have been imported from the USA and are built to recreate the cooking process of those original fire pits. We use the traditional American woods of hickory and mesquite to give a full smoke flavour, and the meat stays in the smoker for up to 18 hours.

True Indian lovers in Nottingham will already be familiar with this acclaimed restaurant on Maid Marian Way. A modern space with bucket-loads of style and a menu that had the restaurant named 'Runner Up Best Restaurant' by The Observer Food Monthly Awards. This ornate, luxe dining room is dressed with maroon coloured feature walls, Indian craftwork and leather sofas.     The customer service, food and environment was excellent. This is the best American bbq I have had in england full stop! Portions are large including the drinks. I had the USS Orgean platter and it did not disappoint. I am definitely going back because not only was the platter amazing the burgers look it too.

    Pleasant ambience. Attentive and friendly service. Clear well-organised menu of mostly french dishes. Excellent allergy advice if needed. Food well-presented and tasted good, though not exceptional. Cheese options outstanding. Maybe I'd give 4 1/2 stars if I could.
