The pub has recently been renovated, including comfortable bedrooms set in seven acres of countryside garden.We are fortunate to be surrounded by the picturesque Norfolk Broads, while Salhouse boasts numerous scenic walks for both guests and four-legged friends to enjoy.The neighbouring village of Wroxham provides plentiful amenities including a department store, local shops and cafes, and is popular with holidaymakers wishing to hire boats - we would all agree that one of the best ways to experience the Broads is on the water!Norfolk also boasts 90 miles of award-winning coastline, with lots of variety to explore. Had a lovely family Sunday lunch here. We booked a “bar table” which is actually a 4 seater in front of the bar so perfect for kids. The Roast beef was great 👍 beer even better 🍺

We've eaten at The Stag several times now & the food is always excellent. We came for a birthday celebration this time & it didn't fail to disappoint. A great menu choice, food was superb & an absolutely great service.

Lovely birthday lunch with my brother. We went for the light lunch menu for a change but even the club sandwiches defeated us! Surprise birthday dessert was gifted which was a lovely touch. Service not as good today as usual but they were busy. Christmas decorations look lovely. Still our favourite place locally as loyal customers.
